Starting Aug 31 at 10:15am we are hosting a Mom and Tot Fitness class! A class where you can get your workout on and bring your kids along! Babies and toddlers are welcome.

We will be doing circuit workouts, weight lifting, body weight exercises and cardio. Involve your kiddos or let them play! Feel free to bring toys or whatever it is to keep them entertained. The babies usually love to watch mommy and the toddlers. The instructor will also bring some toys and hopefully we can create a space that is fun for toddlers and moms alike!
