Join us to relax and restore.  We will be exploring different types of meditation and breathing techniques to help you find calm.  Meditation is an ancient practice, that can help relieve anxiety and the effect of stress.  You will learn to shift your mind from a state of distraction to one of deep concentration.

What to wear: loose comfy clothing,

Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
